Single-Attribute Skills grant twice as many maximum Motes
2% increased maximum Life per Strength Mote
5% increased Armour, Evasion and
Energy Shield per Dexterity Mote
5% increased Life Regeneration rate per Intelligence Mote
5% increased Mana Regeneration rate per Intelligence Mote
